Shakked Yaron is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biotechnology from Ruppin Academic Center. Currently serving as a Reagent Room Shift Manager at MyHeritage since August 2020, Shakked Yaron actively performs diagnostic tests in virology related to the COVID-19 Global Response Initiative for Advanced Diagnostics. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant in Professor Gitai Yahel’s Lab, a Marina Safety Supervisor, a Teaching Assistant in practical seamanship courses, and a Kayak Instructor, where Shakked Yaron also achieved competitive recognition. Additionally, Shakked Yaron contributed significantly to the PRAS programme at Telfed, winning the Outstanding Volunteer Award in 2017 while managing various aspects of support for new immigrants in Israel.
