Oren Butnik is an experienced backend group manager at MyHeritage, overseeing a team of more than 20 developers across multiple agile teams in a CI/CD environment since January 2014. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap, technology stack, quality assurance, team execution, recruitment, mentoring, and personal goal setting. Prior to this role, Oren served as a back-end team lead and software developer at MyHeritage, and worked as a system integration engineer at Verint-Systems from September 2008 to October 2013. Oren holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
