Efrat Arvats has extensive work experience in web development and leadership roles. Efrat started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2006 as a Web Developer and worked in that role until 2017. In 2017, Efrat joined MyHeritage and initially served as a Senior Web Developer. In October 2020, Efrat was promoted to Web Team Lead at MyHeritage, a position that they currently hold.

Efrat Arvats obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo from 1997 to 2000.
