Leo Begen is an experienced delivery manager and business architect with a strong background in agile project management and data architecture. Currently serving as Delivery Manager at Disclosure Scotland since April 2022, Leo previously worked at SLC overseeing agile delivery for higher education student loan products. Earlier experience includes roles at Capco, Scottish Water, Royal Bank of Scotland, and ScottishPower, where Leo led initiatives in process improvement, IT program management, and the development of business transformation strategies. Educationally, Leo holds a BA in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
