Joy Des Fountain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joy has a background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

In 2003, Joy started working as an Article Clerk at BDO South, where they were responsible for accounting, reporting, auditing, and internal control functions. Joy also managed cash flow, risk, and currency exposure reports.

From 2007 to 2008, Joy served as a Financial Manager at South African Bunkering and Trading, overseeing financial operations and management.

In 2008, Joy joined MTU South Africa as a Senior Financial Controller. Here, they were responsible for the company's reporting function, business restructuring, cost optimization, and supply chain management.

From 2011 to 2012, Joy worked as a Project Accountant at Puma Energy, where they handled internal reporting, financial planning, and treasury functions.

In 2012, Joy became the Financial Director at iConnectSA (Pty) Ltd., where they implemented controls and processes that helped the company achieve sustainable profits for the first time. Joy also provided financial planning and advice to the CEO and board and improved the sales and operational workflow.

From 2013 to 2019, Joy joined M&C Saatchi Abel as the Financial Director, where they had overall control over the group's financial performance and strategic position. Their role included auditing, implementing BBBEE strategy, managing mergers and acquisitions, and budget management.

In 2019, Joy became the CEO and Founder of myFanPark Inc, a CCG company. Joy played a key role in creating and growing the company.

In 2022, Joy founded and became the CEO of Twodots, another CCG company. Joy also founded Live Shopping SA in the same year, where they serve as CEO.

Throughout their career, Joy has demonstrated strong financial management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

From 2003 to 2006, Joy Des Fountain attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree, with a focus on Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, and Taxation.
