Illaha Tahir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in delivery management and change management consultancy. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager, Team Lead, and Principal Consultant at Myers-Holum since August 2021, Illaha previously held various consultancy roles at Oracle from July 2018 to August 2021. Illaha's background also includes working as a Change Management Consultant in Innovation at Markham Stouffville Hospital, where responsibilities included implementing change management strategies for procurement projects. Earlier experiences include quality improvement consulting at North York General Hospital, where Illaha developed a screening tool for palliative care blood transfusions and presented at the Health Innovation for All Conference. Illaha's career began as a Medical Office Assistant at Greylawn Medical Clinic. Illaha holds a Master's Degree in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Disease & Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto.
