Rob Schwartzman is a seasoned patent attorney and partner at Myers Bigel, PA, with extensive experience in intellectual property law since joining the firm in January 2008. Prior to this role, Schwartzman was a partner at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox from November 2001 to December 2007 and held the position of patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from February 1996 to November 2001. Schwartzman's academic credentials include a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2002-2006), a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1985-1992), and a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1981-1985). Additionally, Schwartzman began a career in research as a postdoctoral fellow at the Carnegie Institution of Washington Department of Embryology from July 1992 to February 1996.
