Farhana Islam is a seasoned UX designer currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at MY E.G. Services Berhad (MYEG) since October 2020, where responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting UX reviews, and advocating for best practices in user experience aligned with business needs. Prior experience includes a role as a UX Designer, where Farhana worked on diverse design projects related to government services, IoT, NFT, and e-commerce, along with conducting usability tests. Previously, Farhana was a Front-End Developer at FLEXIROAM and a freelancer, developing websites and branding for various companies. Early career experience includes a tech internship at Digi-X, focusing on development and UI design projects. Farhana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Hons) from Taylor's University and a foundation degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
