Jose A. Torres obtained their Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Radford University in 2010, an Associate of Arts and Science Degree in Engineering from New River Community College in 2008, and has obtained three additional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in June 2015, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in January 2015, and System Development Life Cycle Certificate Program from the California Department of Technology in August 2013.
