Erica Leon currently serves as General Manager at Block by Block, responsible for overseeing the Security Ambassador program in West Hollywood, managing a team of over 100 Ambassadors, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for a multi-million-dollar program. Previously, Erica held the position of General Manager for the Clean, Safety, Hospitality, and Outreach Programs in the Downtown Santa Monica Business Improvement District. Erica's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Rumba Room Live, where responsibilities spanned venue operations and employee management, as well as a Licensed Store District Manager at Starbucks, providing support to over 23 licensed stores and driving performance improvements. Earlier in the career, Erica was a Southwest Territory Manager at adidas, focusing on territory growth and client relations. Erica holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandising & Marketing from FIDM.
