Amanda Phillips possesses extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at myCUmortgage since May 2022 and as EVP of Compliance at ACES Quality Management since January 2021, Amanda has demonstrated leadership in the industry. Previous positions include Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP and Senior Legal Counsel/EVP Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Accenture. Additional roles at The Denver Athletic Club and WR Starkey Mortgage, where Amanda rose from Sr. Loan Processor to SVP - Director of Compliance, further highlight a strong trajectory in compliance and legal expertise. Amanda holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
