Deborah Croston has extensive work experience in the fields of pension administration, case administration, and accounts administration. Deborah started their career at Rothschild in 1994 as an Accounts Administrator, where they worked until 2005. Deborah then joined Mazars UK as a Case Administrator in July 2005 and stayed with the company until May 2019. In November 2019, they joined MyCSP Ltd as a Pension Administrator, where they are currently employed.

Deborah Croston's education history begins in 1986 when they enrolled at Two Trees High School. Deborah studied there until 1991, obtaining their GCSEs.

In addition to their high school education, Deborah also acquired several certifications. In September 2016, they earned an Associate in Freestyle Dance from the International Dance Teachers Association Limited. Around the same time, in July 2016, they obtained a Fire Marshal certification from St John Ambulance.
