As the Director and owner of JEM Innovation Ltd. and Associate at New Food Innovation Ltd., Jacek provides consultancy and expertise in product development and innovation. Previous roles include Strategic Innovation Manager at Premier Foods, Group Research and Development Officer at Northern Foods, and various positions at Unilever, Huntsman, DuPont, and Coates Lorilleux, where Jacek contributed to significant advancements in technology and product development. Jacek holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and a BSc in Chemistry from Lancaster University.
