Florian Miguet has a diverse work experience in the apparel and outdoor industry. In 2004, they worked as a Product Manager (Buyer) for Outdoor categories at INTERSPORT France. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an Export Manager for Asia Pacific at Lafuma Group, handling brands such as Lafuma, Millet, and Eider. Florian then joined Oberalp Group S.p.a. Salewa - Dynafit in 2010 as a Commercial Manager for Asia Pacific before becoming the General Manager for Asia Pacific from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Florian co-founded Clim8, a premium ingredient brand that provides intelligent self-regulating heating systems for apparel and accessories, enabling people to live, work, and perform in cold environments.

Florian Miguet obtained their BBA in International Business from Helia, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued their MSc (maitrise) in Sport Management at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 1999 to 2003.
