Fitia R. has worked for several companies since 2017. Fitia began their career as a Stagiaire at Neptune d'oléron, followed by a role as an Employé Polyvalent at Domaine de la Corniche. In 2018, they worked as an Assistante responsable cave at Potel et Chabot. In 2019, they were an Assistante marketing at MC3. Fitia then moved on to Assistant Manager at L'atelier des Chefs and Assistant Account Manager at MyBeezBox in 2020.

Fitia R. began their education in 2015 with a Baccalauréat from the Lycée Français de Tananarive. From 2016 to 2019, they attended the Lycée d’hôtelerie et de tourisme Guyancourt and earned a Bts in the Option A field of study. In 2019, they graduated from COMNICIA with a Bachelor responsable de projets marketing et communication in Marketing. Currently, they are completing a Bachelor Management du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie from ESG Ecoles de commerce.
