Nway Thinzar Saung has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on various roles within different companies. Nway Thinzar started their career in 2012 at ZTE Corporation Myanmar Branch, where they worked as a Human Resources professional until 2016. In 2016, Nway joined Myanmar Jardine Schindler as a Human Resources Executive and continued in that role until 2020. At the same company, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Executive and then to Assistant HR Manager, holding these positions from 2020 to the present. Overall, Nway has gained significant experience and expertise in the field of HR throughout their career.

Nway Thinzar Saung completed a Master's degree in Engineering Geology at Yangon University from 2002 to 2006. Nway Thinzar then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law at Yangon University from 2016 to 2017.
