Anushka Ratnayake is the Founder & CEO of myAgro, a company that supports small-scale farmers to pay for fertilizer and seed using a unique mobile layaway platform. With experience at One Acre Fund as a Consultant and Director, as well as at Kiva.org as a Fellows Program Manager, Anushka is dedicated to helping farmers increase their income. Anushka holds a BA in Literature from UC Santa Cruz.
