Lily Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lily began their career at American Express where they worked as a Call Center Manager for 18 years before transitioning to the role of Senior Business Operations Analyst. In 2018, they started their own business and served as Vice President until 2020. Following that, they worked as a Customer Loyalty Manager at OJCommerce for a year. Lily later joined ClareMedica Health Partners as a Contact Center Director before moving on to RxBenefits, Inc. as Director of Member Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Call Center Operations at My Psychiatrist.
Lily Hernandez studied Business Administration and Management at Broward College from an unknown start year until 2018.
