Rene Jay Morales has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rene Jay began their career as a Volunteer Nurse at Bago City Hospital in 2012, followed by a role as a Volunteer Nurse at Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Morales worked as an ER Staff Nurse at South Bacolod General Hospital for four years until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in emergency care.
