Reemark Jhonne Ugalde is an experienced professional in the fields of virtual assistance, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a CSR VA at My Freight Staff since September 2022, Reemark previously founded RJU Virtual Assistant Services, working as a General Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Web Researcher from September 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Integration Specialist and Trainer at Diwa Learning Systems, Inc. from June 2015 to April 2023. Reemark holds a Certificate in Teaching from Saint Louis College, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College.
