Erica Pelavin, LCSW, PHD has a diverse range of work experience. Erica was a Co-Founder and VP of Community Engagement/Podcast Supervisor at My Digital TAT2, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting healthy habits and critical thinking skills in relation to technology. Prior to that, they worked as a School Counselor at Eastside College Preparatory School. Erica also served as an Educator at Jewish Child & Family Services, conducting workshops on various parenting topics. Additionally, they were a Co-Creator of the Bullying Prevention Program at Parents Place and worked as a Trainer and Presenter at Ceridian, delivering presentations on managing work-family relationships and other topics. Erica started their career as a Research Associate at Ford Foundation and a Project Assistant at United Way.
Erica Pelavin, LCSW, PhD, obtained a Ph.D in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Erica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University.
