Bill graduated from J.J. Pierce in Richardson, Texas. He then joined the Marines serving as a Corporal from 1985-1989. He met Sheila in 1992 and was married in 1994. Together they started ‘My Computer Guy’ in 1996 as a way to pay for technical training and to have the ability to help friends and family.

Bill has over 25 years of experience in IT with many certifications related to the technology supported and used by clients.
