Katarina Durisic is a skilled professional in human resources and education with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Vatel Business School - Hotel & Tourism Management since February 2021, Katarina previously held the position of Onboarding Lead at Ankorstore, where the international onboarding program designed resulted in a 97% completion rate. From July 2018 to August 2021, Katarina worked as the Human Resources Manager at Portonovi, successfully leading an HR team and implementing a strategic HR plan that improved organizational efficiency.
