Bal icme has had a varied work experience since 2014. In 2014, they served as an Art Director for Boogiefilms. In 2015, they became the Company Owner of Bal icme. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Designer at Cocoon Prague. In 2021, they worked as Creative Lead at VMGROUPE, Art Director at Candid, and Senior Art Director at Potential Energy Coalition. In 2022, they held the role of Senior Art Director at both Handshake and Bubble. Finally, in 2019, they served as Design Lead- Director at Mxt.co.

Bal icme holds a Master's degree in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Bal also holds a BA from Anadolu University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012.
