Karlton Neidigh is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental science and criminal justice. Currently serving as a Fruit IPM Scout for Rutgers Cooperative Extension since May 2018, Karlton conducts weekly site visits to assess pest and disease levels in agricultural settings, promptly reporting findings to growers and program associates. Additionally, Karlton works as a Hazardous Waste Technician/Chemist at MXI, effectively managing hazardous materials collection and ensuring safe handling and transportation. Previous experience includes a role as a Shift Manager and Production Trainer at Pizza Hut, where leadership and team coordination skills were developed. Karlton also contributed to community safety as a Substitute Crossing Guard for the Eatontown Police from August 2009 to July 2021.
