Theo Smith has a wealth of experience in the marketing and real estate industries. Theo began their career in 2005 as an Agent for Real Estate Investors for American Realty LLC, where they processed and explained realty contracts to Real Estate Investors and found commercial Real Estate Investments for numerous clients. In 2008, they worked as a MASTER CONTROL OPERATOR at KTVF, where they worked on a Grass Valley Group technical board, recorded from satellite syndicated shows, as well as shows from path fire using ½ inch tape. Theo also worked as a Teacher – ESL online at OLN – Online Learning Network Koln, Germany. In 2010, they became Manager of TRS Entertainment.

In 2011, Smith worked as a Real Estate Investment Research Coordinator at The Finest Place, a Real Estate Investment Marketer at Quintessen Inc, and a Real Estate Investment Consultant and Coordinator at Leverage Partners LLC. From 2015 to 2020, Smith was a Marketing Executive at Foneville Inc., where they were responsible for varying projects as they become relevant to the Marketing and Communications department. Theo worked alongside the Marketing Director to support the development and execution of strategic marketing partnerships that drove both revenue and marketing exposure. In 2020, Smith became a Business Development Specialist at Mx3 Data Centers. Theo also founded Real Skills Marketing, where they provided businesses with custom websites, automated sales funnels, email marketing and killer copy that generated more customers and revenue to build their brand. Theo also taught others how to build profitable sales funnels and websites, and market them via LinkedIn Wordpress, Online branding, Social media, including blogging and Twitter, Email marketing, Search engine optimization (SEO), Paid search marketing (PPC), Display advertising, Banner advertising. Smith is skilled at Marketing optimization, Strategic planning, Web analytics, Ecommerce, and Conversion rate optimization.

Theo Smith attended Harbor High prior to attending San Jose State University from 1983 to 1991, where they earned a B/A in Dance with a minor in Theater Arts, Television, and Film.
