Antoinette Maiella FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at MWH Treatment since January 2015. Prior to this role, Antoinette spent over a decade at AECOM as Human Resources Director from March 1999 to 2011. Antoinette also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Raytheon UK from 1994 until November 1999, showcasing a strong career trajectory in HR leadership across diverse industries.
