Nolan Cisper is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the construction industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager at Cerris Builders since March 2020. Prior to this, Nolan held the position of Senior Project Manager at Straub Construction from March 2017 to March 2020, overseeing all phases of construction projects, including project schedules and budgets. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction from April 2011 to March 2017, where Nolan managed project staff and outlined work plans. Nolan's leadership skills were further developed during military service as a Captain in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division. Academically, Nolan holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts from Norwich University.
