Vipin Desai is the Founder and Chairman of MVS Inc., a company that provides IT solutions to government agencies and educational institutions. Vipin is also the President of VIP Properties Incorporated, which owns and manages various properties in the Washington, DC metro area. In addition, Vipin is the Founder of VCARE Charitable Foundation, Inc, a non-profit organization that provides financial aid for education and to children, women, and families in need. Vipin has a Masters in Mathematics from John Carroll University and a BS in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
