Joseph Volpe has a wealth of experience in the engineering and software industries. Joseph began their career in 1968 as the CEO of J-R Engineering Co. Inc. In 1976, they became the CEO of Detroit Hitch Co. and in 1978 they founded MVS Software Consulting Inc. In 2008 they joined Car-Dek Inc as President. At Car-Dek Inc, they are responsible for the invention of the PetDek, a folding rear seat shelf for vehicles that is sold worldwide and manufactured in the USA.
Joseph Volpe attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1959 to 1964, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering.
