Steve Garrison has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. During their time there, they focused on minimizing waste costs, generating sales, and improving customer satisfaction. In 2007, they joined Geico as an Insurance Service Counselor, where they completed a training program and provided top-quality customer service. In 2008, Steve became a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International for a few months before joining MVP Network Consulting, LLC as a Project Manager. Steve was later promoted to VP of Professional Services at MVP Network Consulting in 2019.

Steve Garrison attended Williamsville South High School from an unknown start year to 2001. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Marketing at the University at Buffalo from 2001 to 2005.
