Moritz von Raczeck serves as Principal and Senior Venture Architect at MVP Factory since March 2022, focusing on a logistics-oriented venture studio with DB Schenker. Responsibilities include coordinating and enhancing the venture building process, mentoring a team, and overseeing budgeting and recruitment. Previously, Moritz held various roles at heycar, including Senior Manager eCommerce and Business Development Manager, and gained experience as an intern at Humblebee and Volvo Cars. Additional experience includes roles at NA-KD.com, Voith Turbo, and Truffls GmbH, alongside an apprenticeship at M.M. Warburg & CO. Moritz holds a Master of Science in Innovation & Industrial Management from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Kiel University.
