Luisa Liesenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Consultant & Coach focusing on neurodiversity in the workplace at Minds.Make.Teams since January 2024. During their tenure as Director of Talent & Organization at MVP Factory, beginning in March 2020, Luisa has played a vital role as a member of the management team, leading HR, Recruiting, Operations, and Finance, and founding the recruiting initiative for MVP Factory Venture Studios. Prior experience includes leadership positions in recruitment and HR management at Schenker Ventures, FinLeap, Berlin Cuisine Jensen GmbH, and Audible, where responsibilities ranged from developing recruitment processes to enhancing employer branding. Educationally, Luisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and recently completed a certification as a New Work Facilitator.
