Valeriya Omelchenko attended the Kharkov Institute of Upravleniya from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Diploma of Specialist in Military and Financial Affairs. From 2005 to 2006, they attended the Kharkov Institute of Upravleniya and obtained a Specialist degree in Business, Accounting, and Finance. In May 2016, Valeriya obtained a DipPM-rus CIMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
