Ny Avotra Masinjo RAVONIARISON is currently working at Telma Madagascar as a Core CS/PS Network Performance Engineer. Prior to this role, RAVONIARISON held a position as a Stagiaire Performance RAN 2G at TELMA. RAVONIARISON has an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Supérieur Polytechnique d'Antananarivo Vontovorona, Madagascar. In the current role, RAVONIARISON is responsible for maintaining core performance indicators for various types of networks and analyzing data to implement corrective or optimization actions. Additionally, RAVONIARISON is in charge of monitoring the quality and performance of the 2G access network.
