Kelsey Ferencak is an experienced professional in the field of security and public administration, currently serving as Personnel Security Manager and previously as Security Specialist at MVM, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Juvenile Officer for the Juvenile Supervision and Detention of Guadalupe County from November 2019 to November 2021, and as a Medical Revenue Specialist at Benefit Recovery MEDCOM from December 2017 to August 2019, specializing in medical analysis. Kelsey's career began in the United States Air Force, where service in Security Forces spanned from August 2010 to January 2018. Academically, Kelsey has attained a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Homeland Security and Emergency Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, and an Associate's degree in Social Sciences, all from Wayland Baptist University. Education was completed at Hargrave High School in 2010.
