Jake Pratt currently serves as the Financial Crimes Monitoring Strategy and Technology Senior Manager at MVB Bank, a position held since December 2023, and also as the founder of Comply Strategies. Previously, Jake was at Prime Trust, advancing from BSA/AML Investigator to Director of Compliance Technology from May 2020 to November 2023. Jake's career began at Capital One, where a progression from Senior Fraud Specialist to Senior Risk Manager occurred between February 2017 and May 2020. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law emphasis from St. Cloud State University, completed in 2016.
