Raphael Ferrer has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Raphael is currently the IT-Leiter und Präsident des Verwaltungsrates at neotralo AG since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & CTO at Muzico.ai starting from April 2018. From February 2018 to January 2020, they worked as a Service Manager at Allianz Technology. Before that, they served as the Head Technics at SISA Studio Informatica SA from August 2016 to January 2018. Finally, Raphael Ferrer has also worked as a Teamleader System Administration at Endress+Hauser Gruppe from August 2004 to July 2016.

Raphael Ferrer pursued their higher education starting in 2016 at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Raphael acquired a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in Information Systems Management. During their time at the university, their studies encompassed topics such as Cloud Computing, IT-Management, and IT-Project Management. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2006, Raphael attended TEKO, where they completed a diploma in Informatiktechniker HF. The specific field of study during this period is not provided.
