Tamsin Mailey is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at DailyPay, Inc. since February 2022, Tamsin previously held similar roles at Signifyd and Rapid7, transitioning from Senior Recruiter to Lead Technical Recruiter. Tamsin began a career in talent acquisition at Morgan Stanley as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Administrator at Kennedy Recruitment Ltd. Tamsin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 2003 and 2008.
