Dain Whitacre is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer at Mutual of Omaha since December 2013, Dain assists a customer base of over 8,000 employees nationwide, having advanced from an associate engineer role. Previous experience includes managing event preparations as a Production Crew Floor Foreman at Hilton Coliseum, developing high-tech lighting solutions at LED2 Solutions, and providing technical support at the University of Iowa College of Business. Dain holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, along with degrees in History and Political Science from Iowa State University and the University of Iowa.
