Cathryn Deberry, M.Ed., is an experienced education and training professional currently serving as the Business Culture & Calendar at Mutual Knowledge Systems, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Cathryn held the position of Customer Success Manager at LNB Solutions, where responsibilities included collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and deliver customized training programs. Cathryn has also worked as a Learning Analyst at Humana, tracking training program effectiveness, and as a Lead Grade Level Educator and Educator in Newport News Public Schools, focusing on curriculum comprehension and student support. Additionally, Cathryn has experience as an Odyssey of the Mind Coach and has contributed to youth development as a Youth Counselor at the YMCA International Learning Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies for Elementary Education from Hampton University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology at Regent University.
