Rick Gillen has over 25 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at FM since January 2010. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Vice President and Operations Manager at Mutual Boiler Re from May 1997 to January 2010. Rick Gillen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Public Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1991.
