Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store dedicated to organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
