Dogan Gunes is currently the R&D and Quality Director at Mutlu Akü, where they handle responsibilities such as Quality, R&D, Process Development, New Technologies, Laboratories, and Project Management. Prior to this, at Aisin Otomotiv Parcalari San. ve Tic. A.S., they served as the QA Manager and Assistant Quality Manager, working on improving the Quality Control system at production and creating systems to control, measure, collect data, evaluate, and improve quality with a lean approach. Additionally, they have experience as a Quality Engineer at Arpek high-pressure die casting. Dogan Gunes is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Sabanci University.
