Kolloji Mrupeen Kumar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Executive - HR at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. since February 2012, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement efforts. Prior to this, Kolloji worked as a Sr. Relationship Executive in recruitments at New Era India from October 2010 to February 2012, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and head hunting. Kolloji holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Government Degree College, Siddipet (2003-2008).
