Serhan Guner currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Excellence at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Global Head of Lean Manufacturing at Brembo S.p.A., overseeing initiatives from October 2019 to September 2022. At Magneti Marelli, from June 2016 to October 2019, Guner coordinated World Class Manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants globally, achieving notable awards in Brazil, India, Mexico, and Poland. Earlier experience includes various engineering and management roles at Whirlpool Corporation from July 2012 to June 2016, contributing to productivity improvements and new product rollouts. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Management & Economics & Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kadir Has University, complemented by study at VILNIUS TECH in Business Administration.
