Jessica Beckerman Johnson currently serves as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Highland General Hospital since September 2018, while also holding the position of Chief Medical Officer at Muso, where efforts focus on building health systems to improve patient access. Previous experiences include serving as a Resident Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaiser Permanente from June 2014 to June 2018, and as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Founding Director of Muso from 2005 to 2015, dedicated to eliminating preventable deaths linked to poverty. Additional roles include Project Manager for the PACT Project at Partners In Health from 2008 to 2010 and a Research Fellow with Fulbright from 2007 to 2008. Education includes an MD from the University of California, San Francisco, a Certificate in Premedicine from Harvard University, and a BA in International Development from Brown University.
