Cédric N'CHO is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Muso since November 2022, Cédric leads a regional talent team and has successfully met all recruitment requests for 2023 while driving employee performance and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Cédric worked as a Global Talent Partner at ENGIE Energy Access and held key positions at Barry Callebaut Group, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and talent development for a large employee base. Cédric began a career in recruitment at AfricSearch and Unilever, gaining valuable experience in headhunting and employer branding. Cédric holds an MBA in Project Management and degrees in both Computer Science and English Language.
