Kellyn Burke is an experienced educator and curriculum coordinator currently serving at Summer Discovery since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing pre-college academic enrichment programs for middle and high school students. Previously, Kellyn held the position of Lead Educator and Coach at Fort Bend ISD from August 2015 to May 2022, focusing on the creation and evaluation of educational plans for 9th and 10th graders. Prior experience includes an Educator role at Galena Park ISD, collaborating on customized learning plans for diverse student populations, and a Speech and Writing Tutor position at Louisiana State University, enhancing writing skills for undergraduate and graduate students. Kellyn holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in Secondary Education from Louisiana State University.
