Nathaniel Spencer is an experienced music educator and performer with a diverse background in music technology and instruction. Currently serving as a Music Technology Trainer at the Academy for Advanced Studies, Nathaniel has also been a Private Music Instructor at Musika Music Lessons since 2013, concentrating on instrumental education in trumpet, trombone, beginner piano, and saxophone. Nathaniel has held the position of JA/SA Band Teacher at Charles Drew Charter School JA/SA, where engaging music education was provided in a virtual learning environment. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Contractor for Active Youth focusing on music technology and musical theater, a Musician with Orchestra Noir, and a Campaign Manager for SD&A Teleservices, Inc., where professional fundraising efforts supported various arts organizations. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Master of Arts in Music Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Music Teacher Education.
